  Have been using their service for over 10 years, but this year they are bordering on criminal. I have reported them to attorney general as well as local news station for potential scam story. They took money ahead, and are not performing service, and are impossible to get a hold of, and if they do eventually call you back two weeks later, they double talk to appease and then never do anything. Im out $220, thank you envirotech for making a fool of me.

  This company may be run by scam artists. We used them for several years but then their service response time turned unresponsive and you can never get a hold of people either in billing or customer service. I cancelled my service last year but they keep sending me bills for services I cannot even verify. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot for your periodic pesticide problems. Start away from this nightmare. Have to give one star but they don't deserve that.
